Pepsi came to the hospital with a problem of misaligned front teeth.

The problem is that the front teeth do not meet in a normal way. Pepsi's front teeth do not wear out naturally like other squirrels. The teeth grow longer and roll inward into the mouth, stabbing the gums, causing pain and making it difficult to eat.
🐾 Dr. Joy therefore treated her by cutting her teeth shorter so that Pepsi would be pain-free, eat well, and be able to live a normal, cheerful life.
