Open for treatment and consultation via telephone with a team of specialized veterinarians 24 hours a day.
- There are 10 examination rooms, separated by type of dog, cat, and exotic animal.
- All examination rooms are comfortable, sterile and modern with complete diagnostic tools and equipment.
- 2 operating rooms with modern equipment, anesthesia machine, real-time X-ray machine, can be moved according to the surgical position and see real images during the surgery.
- Air-conditioned customer lounge, comfortable and convenient, with free Wi-Fi.

- Animal rooms are separated according to their symptoms to control the spread of disease, such as rooms for gastrointestinal infections and rooms for respiratory diseases.
- Recovery room for surgery
- General pet boarding facilities are available for when owners need to travel or have other reasons preventing them from caring for their pets. Separate rooms are provided for cats and dogs.
- ICU room, CCU room for seriously ill animals that require special care
For hospitalized animals, the veterinary team provides attentive care to ensure each animal is relaxed and recovers more quickly. Photos and videos are also taken and sent to owners to help ease their longing during the hospital stay.
